OWNER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Our founder and principal designer, Tehilla Bennett, the heart and soul of Teela Bennett Design oversees our squad with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how spaces can influence emotions and experiences.
I’ve always believed that a home should not only be beautiful but should also tell the story of the people who live there.
Before launching Teela Bennett Design in 2018, I spent years working as a NICU nurse — an experience that taught me the importance of care, comfort, and intention in every environment.
My background in nursing and psychology shaped the way I see design: through empathy, functionality, and an understanding of how spaces support the rhythm of everyday life.
As a mom and designer, I understand the balance between elegance and livability — between how a home looks and how it feels. Every project I take on is personal, a chance to create a space that feels calm, refined, and completely yours. I’m passionate about craftsmanship, travel often to source unique pieces, and believe every detail matters.
I can’t wait to go on this journey with you and design a home that truly reflects who you are and how you live.

Sarah Goldstein
SENIOR DESIGNER
With over 20 years of experience in interior design, Sarah specializes in creating thoughtful, functional, and visually appealing spaces that truly reflect her clients’ personalities and lifestyles. A graduate of The Ohio State University, she has worked across both commercial and residential design, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how people experience and interact with their surroundings.
For Sarah, great design is about more than just style—it’s about understanding each client’s unique tastes and vision to create spaces that feel like home. Her collaborative approach ensures every detail aligns with her clients’ needs, while her creative solutions bring their spaces to life in fresh, exciting ways.
As a licensed Realtor, Sarah also helps clients find the perfect home to transform and make their own. Her ability to spot a property’s potential allows her to guide clients in reimagining spaces to meet their needs and reflect their vision. This combination of design and real estate knowledge gives Sarah a comprehensive approach to maximizing both the function and beauty of every home.
Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her husband and two kids, exploring new places, and discovering great restaurants along the way. Whether it’s seeking inspiration in a new city or enjoying a well-crafted happy hour, she finds joy in great company and beautiful surroundings.

Elana Pollack
JUNIOR DESIGNER
Immerse yourself in the world of design with our designer Elana Pollack. She loves blending passion and creativity to create interiors that tell stories. Elana's love for interior design is not a newfound interest. It's a lifelong passion!
Elana has always been captivated by the world of interior design. However, life had other plans, leading her down the path of raising four boys and a girl. During this time, she found inspiration in her mother-in-law, a seasoned interior designer whose work left a lasting impression on Elana.
Once her children embarked on their own educational pursuits, Elana took advantage of the opportunity to follow her passion for interior design. She was fortunate to join Tehilla’s team and together, they've been creating magic in homes in Cleveland and beyond!
Elana's design approach is very personal. She believes every space should reflect the unique personality and lifestyle of its people. Her designs are not just aesthetically pleasing but also practical, catering to the needs of a bustling family life – a trait no doubt influenced by her own experiences as a mother.
When she's not transforming spaces, Elana loves spending quality time with her family and traveling. Her adventures serve as a source of inspiration, enriching her design palette with diverse cultural and artistic influences.

Ariana Andrade brings a unique blend of marketing expertise and financial experience to her role in interior design. With a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from St. John’s University, she combines her love of art and design with a strong business foundation. Her background allows her to approach projects with both creativity and strategic insight.
Originally from Ecuador and raised in New York, Ariana has always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and communication. She pursued her degree in Public Relations and Marketing at St. John’s University, where she gained a solid foundation in brand development, media strategy, and client relations. Her professional background has given her experience in both marketing initiatives and financial management, equipping her with the tools to support a studio environment where organization and presentation are equally important.
Alongside her marketing expertise, Ariana’s financial knowledge enables her to bring structure and efficiency to the business side of creative work. She is skilled in managing budgets, streamlining processes, and ensuring resources are maximized—all while maintaining a client-focused perspective. Ariana’s diverse skills make her an asset to the studio, where she plays a vital role in strengthening operations and enhancing the overall client journey.

STUDIO MANAGER & OPERATIONS
After pursuing a degree in Library and Information Science, Rebecca found her way into the world of construction and design, where she quickly discovered her passion for the field. As Studio Manager, she loves helping clients bring their visions to life, blending her background in research and organization with her eye for detail and dedication to excellence. When she’s not in the studio, Rebecca enjoys curling up with a good book and spending time with her family.
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Rebecca Mittelmann brings a unique path to the world of design.
Originally pursuing a degree in Library and Information Science, she unexpectedly found herself in the construction industry, where working alongside both a contractor and a designer sparked a passion for bringing clients' visions to life. That early experience revealed the perfect blend of creativity, organization, and collaboration that continues to drive her work today.
Rebecca's background in information science has become an invaluable asset, giving her a natural ability to keep projects running smoothly while creating a seamless client experience. She thrives on the creative process, balancing vision with practicality, and is deeply committed to understanding clients' needs to ensure every project reflects their goals. With a love for both structure and artistry, Rebecca bridges the gap between inspiration and execution, helping transform ideas into meaningful, lasting spaces.
