New Construction & Renovation
Custom designed spaces and homes, from top to bottom. Services include, but are not limited to paint and material selection, kitchen and bath design concepts, and lighting procurement.
With so many decisions to be made for a new build, we take care of all of them for you. We handle your finish schedule selections, work directly with your contractor and their team, oversee site visits, and more.
Full Service Interior Design
Tehilla leads a team of designers and client coordinators, responsible for overseeing every facet of your project from start to finish, delivering the ultimate design experience. This service is tailor-made for clients seeking a more hands- off approach. Our proficient design team and project managers take charge of every detail, including material sourcing, design presentation, and installation.
Design Concierge
Our Design Concierge service is intended for clients who have most of their furnishings in place, but need assistance from a Teela Bennett stylist to elevate their overall space(s). This process is made easy with our talented designers. From start to finish, the entire process is completely virtual. All you have to do is send us photos - we will accessorize your space for you and ship it right to your door!

Included within this offering is an initial design consultation, where we personally inspect the area, engage in discussions about your project specifics and distinct design inclinations, and undertake precise measurements and comprehensive documentation of the space.

At Teela Bennett Design, we believe that every design process should begin with a conversation, an exchange of ideas, and an understanding of your vision.
During this initial, no-obligation consultation, our team of experienced interior designers will get to know you - your tastes, your preferences, your lifestyle, and your dreams for your space. This is where we listen, ask questions, and start forming a picture of the design that would best suit your needs and aspirations.
Whether it's a commercial project or a residential one, we'll discuss the scope of work, timelines, and budget to ensure we're on the same page. This step is crucial for setting up a solid foundation for the design process, ensuring a seamless transition between the different stages of the project.

Understanding your design style and lifestyle is a critical step in our design process that ensures we create a space you'll love. During this phase, we'll need the following information from you:
During your kickoff meeting, which will officially start your project, we'll review the above information in more detail. We'll also measure, take pictures, and talk through all the elements of your project. We ask that all key decision makers attend this ninety-minute in-home meeting.

While you won’t hear from us much during this phase, our whole team is hard at work pulling together all the elements to bring your design to life. We'll create floor plans and elevations, source fixtures and furnishings, and select finishes to create your custom design. This phase is typically 6-10 weeks.

Once all the finishing touches on your design are complete, you'll enjoy an IN STUDIO presentation where you can touch, see and connect with our selections!
We'll review your complete design and all of the details, including elevations, design boards, renderings, fabric swatches, finish samples, tear sheets, and proposals. We'll make adjustments as needed based on your feedback and our revisions policy is outlined in your proposal. Time is of the essence so we can keep the momentum of your project moving forward.

Once the design plan is approved and your proposals have been paid, our team will begin purchasing, tracking, and double-checking that each item arrives correctly at our white glove delivery receiving warehouse. This phase can take anywhere from 12-16 weeks, or longer, depending on lead times from our vendors, and you'll receive updates on the status of your project in your Monday update emails.
If included in your proposal, we'll also collaborate with your contractor or our trades throughout construction to ensure every detail is executed perfectly. This may include a trade day, scheduled site visits, and TEELA BENNETT DESIGN acting as the liaison between you and your contractor.

The final phase is where the magic happens - your installation! We'll coordinate the delivery of any items ordered through TEELA BENNETT DESIGN and be on-site on your install day to ensure everything is in its place. We'll bring accessories selected specifically for you to add the finishing touches to tie it all together, leaving you with a complete space ready to enjoy.

It's time to wrap up the project!. This final step in our design process is as critical as the initial brainstorming session, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of your dream space.
In this phase, we take a view of the project, making sure every element aligns with your vision and our shared goal of creating a stunning, functional space. We meticulously review all aspects of the design, from the choice of color palette to the placement of each piece of furniture, ensuring that your living or working space exudes the charm and personality you desire.
Our team of experienced interior designers and decorators will walk through the space with you, discussing any final touches or adjustments needed. We value your feedback immensely and are prepared to make any necessary changes to achieve perfection in design.
